Edward Zinker received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School, and has been practicing law since 1966.  He is admitted to practice in the State of New York, as well as the U.S. Federal Courts and the U.S. Supreme Court.  Mr. Zinker has given seminars and lectures on bankruptcy law to the New York Bar, and was a member of the Committee to redraft the local bankruptcy rules.  He is a former Chair of the Bankruptcy Committee of the Suffolk Bar. 

Jeffrey Herzberg received his Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Albany in 1974.  Jeff received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School, where he graduated with his Juris Doctor in 1979.  He has an M.B.A. in Finance from University of Wisconsin. Jeff has been practicing law since 1980, and is admitted to practice Texas, New York and the District of Columbia, as well as the U.S. Federal Courts.  He has been involved in many complex bankruptcy matters, and teaches seminars on bankruptcy.
